Incredibly rude reception staff - zero communication or customer service skills - they treat patients with disrespect and act as if the patients are a bother to them. Doctors can be very good or appalling, depends on their mood it seems. Cant recommend at all, go elsewhere for better care and respect

receptionists very rude when peaple are in pain they appear to have great satisfaction in making your life very difficult when u in pain u don't need them making life harder they do nothing to help at all in fact they make a trip to the go very unpleasant every time I have a problem they seem to take pleasure in giving me the run around I end up in tears and angry every time I go there and it's the receptionists who do this not the doctors or nurses peaple who do help u it's the receptionists who like the power trip if your face don't fit they will make your life miserable they help in no way at all they have attitudes they look miserable and they very rude
